Free Comic Book Day is a single day - the first Saturday in May each year - when participating comic book shops across the world give away comic books absolutely FREE* to anyone who comes into their stores.

Tasmanian State Championships RULESPACKS!!!

Rulespacks are now out for the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantsy Battles Tournaments to be held at this years Tasmanian State Championships, on the weekend of the 14th and 15th of July, 2012.

School Holiday Activities

We will be running our popular school holiday activities over January and February.
Mondays will be for painting, with a morning session and an afternoon session on offer.
Tuesdays we will be running an instructional game of 1st Edition Dungeons and Dragons for those who would like to be introduced to RPG's.
Wednesdays we will be holding instructional games of Warhammer 40K for anyone who would like to come in and pick up a few tips and tricks if you are new to the game
Conviction WH40K Tournament Announced!

Conviction is a new summer Warhammer 40,000 championship tournament, organised and hosted by Mike Davies, and sponsored by Area 52 and Games Workshop.
Conviction consists of 5 games over two days at the Mercure Hotel in Bathurst Street.

TSC FOW added to results page

The results for the Flames of War section of the Tasmanian State Championships have been added to the results page for the tournament.
TSC WHFB Results Correction

Due to a number of factors, a match result in Round 3 of the TSC Warhammer Fantasy Battles was incorrectly reported, and not picked up properly during data entry.
This has the unfortunate result of the rightful winner of the WHFB Tournament not getting their chance in the spotlight, and the recognition for such, that they deserved.
Congratulations should go to Kaleb Telcher and his Vampire Counts army, who got a (corrected) battle score of 80 points, and took out Best Overall and Best General!
Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience. This is obviously an undesirable situation that we do everything we can to avoid.

The rulespack for the Van Daemons Cup Blood Bowl Tournament to be held as a part of the Tasmanian State Championships have now been put up on the site.
