By Matthew.
Well it started out with me waking up way to early. So I got to the venue with more than enough time to set up. The meta game was different to what was expected with a wide variety of decks being played. Below are the lists for first and second place, remember there is a prize for the first person at PTQ Geneva that can tell me the oddity of 1 of the lists.

I hope everyone is all hyped up with Timespiral as PTQ Geneva is sealed with a Top 8 Draft on the 25th of November. There will be 2 practice drafts on the 11th and 18th, everyone is still a bit unsure on what to Draft so get in and do a couple of drafts. Also if anyone wants some help at building sealed pool decks, save any product you buy from Area 52 until the 2 practice drafts and ask we can crack the 2 boosters and tournament pack and have a look at what you can build from it.
Not sure on the venue yet, but I will ask about where we were on the weekend as everyone seemed to like it. Otherwise I will be checking out the new Nexus wherever it is going to be, I have been told it is in the mall somewhere, which would really be close to town (Venue will be finalised by the start of next week). For those that don’t make the top 8 I will have run another draft this time sanctioned along side the top 8 draft. So if people want to hang around and see who wins the trip to Geneva they can have some fun too, cost will be $15 with rares pooled at the end and the winner will receive 1 of the old pre-release cards I still have.
The next big thing is the Pre-Release in January 20-21st (I really should know what the set is called – but hey at least I know what the date is). I need feedback on what people want to do. From past history in Tassie we only want 1 flight, but still want to play with the new cards. Options include both:
Any other format people might want to suggest. I think there was interest in other team formats, as I write this I am not connected to the internet so I cannot track any of them down. I am open to suggestions.
Well I better get back to work lunch was over 10 minutes ago, I have had some fun today finding out that there is a glitch in the new program I am using in that if you close things down in the wrong order it does not save work in your spreadsheet. So I have been trying to remember what I did all last week! It has been a challenge.
See you at the practice drafts.
